W ETHOS was created to bridge a gap we saw repeatedly in the mid‑market: excellent companies and investors with global ambitions, but without a partner who could bring together capital, transaction expertise, and project execution experience across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Our firm is built to be that partner.
Our Story
Our team members have spent their careers at the intersection of investments, M&A, projects execution and operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
W ETHOS emerged in 2026 from a simple conviction: mid‑market companies and their owners deserve the same strategic thinking and execution quality as large‑cap institutions, delivered by people who stay involved from inception to implementation.
Hong Kong, as our home base, gives us proximity to Asian capital and strategic partners, while keeping us closely connected to European and Middle Eastern businesses and investors.
