W ETHOS is led by a senior team of investors, advisors, and project specialists with deep experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We bring together backgrounds in venture capital, private equity, M&A advisory, and complex project execution, giving our partners a single, integrated counterpart from strategy through delivery.
Our Leadership
Our leadership model is simple: a small, senior group that stays close to every mandate. Each partner combines international transaction experience with hands‑on operational exposure, allowing us to speak the language of both investors and operators.
Boris Wojciechowski, Co-Founder & Managing Director
Boris leads W ETHOS and focuses on cross‑border private equity, M&A advisory and project advisory across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Prior to founding W ETHOS, he spent 21 years serving in executive, general management and advisory roles for sovereign funds, conglomerates, family offices, global corporations, SMEs and startups, delivering projects across a wide array of sectors and working on acquisitions, carve‑outs, and capital raising.
He works fluently in English, French, Polish and Spanish.
Giang Do, Co-Founder & Director
Giang leads our venture and growth investing activity.
With a background in Finance, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Hospitality, she partners with founders and companies operating in the tertiary sector, helping them scale between Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
She brings experience in go‑to‑market strategy, operations, and strategic partnerships with corporate and financial investors.
She speaks fluently in English, Vietnamese, French and Putonghua.

W ETHOS works with a small network of senior advisors and operating partners. These individuals bring deep sector and country expertise across selected European, Middle Eastern and Asian markets. We involve them selectively, when their experience can materially improve our perspective or execution on a mandate, while maintaining a single point of accountability for our clients through the W ETHOS leadership.
